Recuva is a amzing software that would definately help u to recover deleted file from your HDD, MEMORY CARD, I POD .
Just download RECUVA frome the link given below and click on Scan, recuva would show you the name of deleted files and u can restore it.
Data can be of any type E-MAIL,PDF FILE,VIDEO,AUDIO etc.
